How do I select items to purchase?
A. While browsing through the vast variety of products on our website, if you come across an item that you would like to purchase, simply click on the “Add to cart” button that will be Located near the item and it will be added to your cart.
How do I place an order on Muze’s Website?
A. Once your desired item is added to the shopping cart just click on the shopping bag icon on the top right corner and select continue to checkout. You can either checkout as a Guest or you can sign up and create an account to get the latest updates. Once you’ve made your selection, you will be asked to enter your details based on your chosen method of payment and can then confirm your order.
What are your payment options?
A. Currently we are only Offering Cash on Delivery Method, More Methods would be added soon so stay Tuned.
How is my order shipped?
A. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (business days), excluding public holidays and weekends. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following business day.
How can I track my delivery?
A. If you have made an account on the Muze website, you can login and select “Track my order” in the “Order details” section to track your package and see how far it is from reaching you, Similarly you could always Email/Message us on INSTA OF FB or call us to get an update.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
A. Orders are dispatched once our Customer Care Officer has verified all of your details. Once the verification process has been completed, your order will be shipped immediately and will reach you within 4-5 working days depending on the delivery address. We are not responsible for any delays in Delivery delays due to Courier Company’s service interruptions or inclement weather conditions.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
A. All items on the Muze website are to be considered in stock unless it is clearly indicated that a particular item is “Out of stock”. If there are any items unavailable on the receipt of your order, we will inform you by email and will offer you a complete refund or an alternative availability date, whichever the customer would prefer.
